Planning your arrival, airport pickup, and the bus schedule.

Arrival Schedule
Check-in begins on Sunday afternoon at 2:30 PM and ends at 5:00 PM. Please do not arrive earlier than 2:30 PM; we want our staff to be 100% ready for your children! Here are some tips if you would like to avoid the long lines:

  • Pay your account in full before Check-In Day
  • Fill out all medical forms online before Check-In Day
  • Fill out all release forms online before Check-In Day
  • Or come after 3:30 PM when the lines are shorter

The first meal at camp will be Sunday supper. The meal charge for guests not registered for camp is $8.25. Reservations are required by Tuesday for meals the following weekend and are made in the camp office.

Airport Pickup
To schedule airport pick up please have your airline, flight number, arrival date, arrival time, departure date, departure time and call Camp MiVoden at (208) 772-3484.

Our airport pick up fee is $40 round trip per person, $70 per families round trip- Spokane International Airport.

Camp MiVoden is located approximately 1-1/2 hours from Spokane International Airport.

The MiVoden Bus departs camp each Sunday at 9:00 AM during our youth camps and makes a round-trip to Walla Walla, the Tri-Cities, and Spokane. Its exact schedule can vary due to road and traffic conditions. Please arrive early to pick-up and drop-off your child, as the driver will not wait for late arrivals. All fares are round-trip, we do not offer one-way discounts. If you need assistance or have any questions regarding the bus please call the camp office at 208-772-3484.

Walla Walla – Each Sunday the bus arrives at 1:45 p.m. at Walla Walla Valley Academy (300 SW Academy Way, College Place). It departs at 2:30 p.m. for the Tri-Cities area. Cost: $50.

Tri-Cities – Each Sunday the bus arrives at 12:30-12:45 p.m. at the King City Truck Stop (Restaurant) on Hwy. 395 for camper drop-off. The bus then goes to Walla Walla Valley Academy for its drop-off and pick-up. The bus then returns to the King City Truck Stop (Restaurant) for the Tri-Cities pick-up. It arrives at 3:30 p.m. and departs at 3:45 p.m. from the truck stop for MiVoden. Cost: $50.

Spokane – Each Sunday the bus arrives at 10:15 a.m. at the UCC office (3715 S. Grove Road, Spokane WA) and drops-off campers returning home from camp. Please be sure to pick-up your child on time, as no one will be available to stay with them when the bus leaves at 10:30 a.m. It will return at approximately 5:45 p.m., at the same location, to pick-up campers for the next week and depart at 6:00 p.m. Cost: $30.

Camp MiVoden Transportation Safety Rules
A minimum of two MiVoden Staff members will supervise each trip (male and female). Campers will be directed to load and unload by the MiVoden Staff.

For your safety and the safety of all riders, please be courteous and respectful by keep the noise level low and not participating in things that could distract the driver.

Campers and staff should be seated safely, within the proper limits and design of the bus, and expected to wear safety belts when provided.

Before each trip, passengers will be alerted to the location and use of the emergency exits and how to sit and behave properly in the vehicle.

During refueling, everyone will be required to exit the bus and will re-board when directed to do so by the driver.

In the event of a breakdown, no one will be evacuated from the vehicle, unless staying in the vehicle poses a threat to the safety of the passengers.

7:45 AM- Morning Worship by Cabins
8:00 AM- Flag Raising where we honor our country by raising the U.S.A. flag each morning
8:15 AM- Breakfast followed by Camp and Cabin duties
9:20 AM- Camp Council where we worship God by singing and listening to a story by our Camp Pastor
10:15 AM- Activity Period #1 (Campers choose this activity when they register)
11:30 AM- Activity Period #2 (Campers choose this activity when they register)
12:55 PM- Lunch and Mail Call when letters and packages from home are delivered
1:25 PM- MiVoden Store opens
2:50 PM- Activity Period #3 (Campers choose this activity when they register)
4:05 PM- Cabin Activity Time and MiVoden Store opens
5:20 PM- Supper
5:45 PM- MiVoden Store opens
6:30 PM- Flag Lowering where we honor our country by raising the U.S.A. flag each evening
6:45 PM- Big Event with games like Medic, Capture the Flag, or events like Rodeo
7:50 PM- Camp Fire where we watch the Camp Staff perform a play and listen to a message from our Camp Pastor
9:45 PM- Cabin Reflection/Worship Time
10:15 PM- Lights Out
